Customer Reviews
Fast internet, easy setup
Signed up for DG giga 1000. Installation was quick and easy. Speeds are what I expected. No complaints so far.
Consistent service, no surprises
This is my third year with Deutsche Glasfaser, I usually go for the DG giga 400. I switched from Vodafone a while back and never looked back. This latest renewal was as straightforward as the previous ones. The reliability of their FTTH Hausanschluss has been excellent; I rarely have outages. Speeds are consistent, which is why I keep coming back. They still have decent offers for existing customers through extensions, which is nice. It's good to see they maintain their service quality.
Good installation, speed is okay
I got the DG giga 600 plan last month. The installation service was really smooth, the technician was on time and got everything set up without any fuss. The internet speed is generally good, I can stream and game with no issues. However, I've noticed a few times that the speed drops slightly during peak hours, not a huge deal but it's there. The initial price with the 12 Monate Grundpreisreduzierung was a strong selling point. I wished the customer service response time was a bit quicker when I had a question about the Premium Router settings.

Hey, thinking about switching to DG, but I'm worried about the whole installation thing. How long does it usually take to get the fiber hooked up to your house after you sign up?
